can someone clear this up for me i want to play hawx but ive got the old firmware so im going to have to mod the iso to play it. i play on live and want to no if i play this game with a modded iso but dissconnect from live will i be able to play on live as normal when i reconnect or will i get banned

No one nows why they ban. The answer is if your scared to be banned dont mod you xbox....Also why not just put 1.51 on your system.

Its takes alot of reading to understand but if you read the stickys here and you can watch on youtube....you should be able to get it...or find someone to fix it for you

dont risk it. if you dont feel comfortable reflashing, have someone do it for you but definitely have it done and dont mess with the iso.

SHAMONE82, I'm gonna take it a step farther, don't even load a rebuilt iso in your 360 if you have any plans on going on Live.
Update to 1.51 firmware. If you can't flash it yourself, there are plenty of members here that can flash it for you.

I have modded the game in a different way than rebuilding the iso what i did was i went into the stealth files and extracted both the video rar files and ended up with the same files but with the extention iso i then opened muller beta and got the message file broken do you wish to fix i clicked yes then extracted the ss saved it then extracted the dmi and saved that. i then inserted the stealth it then asked me for the pfi file so i went into the steath files folder and selected the file pfi_a4cfb59c.bin it then asked for the dmi file i selected the file id just saved and pressed next. after i had done this the ixtreme box was ticked like normal games

ok i think i have figured out the 3rd wave issue with Hitachi drives, or any drives that do not have ixtreme 1.5 or whatever is needed for wave 3 games. this worked with Guitar Hero Metallica and Resident Evil 5 so far.

go to the agbx360 homepage and go to the downloads section. there is a video image file at the bottom of the page, get it. put it in the StealthFiles folder of your agbx360 install. then:

1.) first do your normal rip to get the image of the game.
2.) then run the image through agbx360 as you normally would. now that you have that video file it can insert it into the image as needed.
3.) run the now agbx360'ed image through PPF-O-Matic to take the 3rd wave game down to a 2nd wave game.
4.) burn the image via the .dvd file or whatever it is.

viola! problem solved!

sorry if someone else has posted this fix before but i havent seen it. i have a hitachi drive in my 360, so no 1.5 for me yet. i hope this helps.
