Keep getting a Power calibration error in Nero, it has also affected Windows Media Player records 2 songs says disc full, Sonic, Roxio, deleted Sonic & Roxio. Has worked fine and just one day started all this. Printed error report said I need a firmware update, have not been able to find one (went to TEAC to look) can anybody please help me get one. Hope someone can help. Thank you.

Is your drive DELL OEM? (For ODD firmware, you need to check OEM web site. In many cases, retail firmware can't to be applied - officially.)

Do you know your firmware version? D0N seems the latest.
