Very true, its used widely across European satellite with no breakthrough(Roumers but no working EMUs to show for it)
It is being introduced across the USA at the moment, and while the bigger audience is exposed to it the more likely of a breakthrough, for the meantime its game over.
And in regards to maybe needing a new box, forget about that with no EMUs it dosnt matter if you had a supercomputer with a tuner, it simple wont decode.

someone was clever enough to put n3 together,so someone will be clever enough to crack or leak it!!think of the massive payday for the person/s that solve it,but as stated the more and more they use n3 the more and more profitable it becomes to crack it.there is always a solution to any problem!

there does not seem to be any room for me to make any input as you seem to have all the angles covered no matter what anyone says you always come back with the same reply wait till N3 comes well when it comes bring it on that's all i have to say it will be a while yet before they do switch over fully so let the people or the NOOBS as you call them enjoy what they have for the moment and lets worry about N3 when it is fully implemented 12 channels is hardly the end of the world there is another 120 more there to watch how long is the 12 channels gone now 2 weeks and no more has gone so there's another 2 weeks they have to enjoy there tv not everyone watches the porn channels or the sport channels it is after taking them a month and a half to implement the change of 12 channels to N2 so there is still plenty of time to enjoy the viewing i say long live the cable boxes

Why do you never saw a working NDS crack for Sky? Because card cracking is so easy?
no sky is rubbish,the movies are old,the sport is ok,and the rest is garbage.but you can get 3pm football and all others live easy from the uk on sat and if all else fails there is always live internet feeds for free,just hook up the pc to tv and enjoy.if its sport you are into as me there are plenty of other sats than astra with live sport and a fraction of the cost of skysports that show teams other than man utd and liverpool live 3pm!!!

why is everyone worrying so much we dont need starview just buy a chipped ntl box on ebay the new cards will be on sale there aswel very soon, a chap from ntl already sorted me with a new card for my chipped box so its all gravy lads :)

lads have a kyrptview box just got it recently.. got a rs232 cable with it.. got meself a usb adaptor for the ole pc but no joy... it wont pick up the box... what am i doing wrong.. any ideas welcome
