Have just purchased eurovox EX1000 SL and after putting on the software and scanning it found the signal strength very poor compared to my existing box. Is there any way of uping the strength to the box. The company i bought it off won't take it back if there is any software modification done.
I have had a few of these and this is the first I have had trouble with .

Put the old firmware back on it and send it back, if your other receivers are working fine on the same feed I can only presume its faulty. If they wont take it back with the free to air firmware installed name and shame them ;)
