Hi folks, just wondering if someone could help me with the following.
I have a starview 2 box with the following system information

I am in naas and on true cable. I used to have about 60 channels but I have been gone a month or so and have come back to find no channels are available!
I have the minimum 13 or so on the regular cable, I have tried factory reset, checked if the emu key in on, and did a manual scan on some of the frequencies listed on other threads, but '0 programs found'

rate is 6875, retried, says it found about 23 channels on autoscan, but when I go to view them, I get a black screen for at least 15 minutes and a message saying 'data is being updated 0%'
