LG 4081B and DVD-9

Anyone here anything about the LG 4081B being able to Burn DVD-9 when they are released, maybe a firmware update for it. I really don't feel like spending another 200+ on a drive in a few months, after I just got this one. Thanks for the help

I emailed LG support on this, but seeing as how they are absolutely useless for support, who knows the responce. I will post when it get a responce
