hello guys, heres one for all you techies out there.would a starview box be able to pick up any english programs in munich germany as I have a friend over there and she is pulling her hair out without her dose of corrie. Thanks in advance to anyone who has the answers ie
1 will it work on their cable system and
2 does their system carry any english speaking channels
promise to let you all know as soon as we can get this sorted. Or does anyone know of any websites that may help

Nagra1 was never been in use in Germany and therefor a starview never worked.
Beside that the germans moved from nagra2 to nagra3.

guess the srview not an option so. Anyone got any websites that might help? tried going direct to itv and bbc but they dont do live broadcasts. All I am getting is advice on satalite dishes but her landlord wont permit one, which apears to be common in munich

First question which cable provider is available in the street.
There are 2 in munich. KDG(Kabel Deutschland) and KMS(Kabelfernsehen München).
KDG offer a english package.

Its a little bit expensive. 16,90 Euro basic package plus 9,90 Euro english package.
