First you have to re-rip the original in Xbox Backup Creator. Then you must burn that rip to a DVD+R DL disc.
Yes, you must use DL discs to play backups on xbox1 games. And they must be ripped in the same style asthe 360 games are. "xbox backup creator"
Since you already have a backup of the game, you might have to fix the .xex (or whatever it is for xbox1, I forgot) and then burn it to a DL disc.
You can google this stuff as it's not at the top of my head right now. Been a while

Has any1 ever done this before ??? and is it safe or will it get me banned as soon as it boots :P

Probably not a good idea to try and play them while connected to live. But, it has been done before. I just forgot how to do it.

actually, it's Scarface
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

When you get it, could you PM me if it works? I have an original disk that gets recognized by my 360 but when I try to load it it says I need the update. Needless to say I got the update and the game is supported. So far noone was able to tell me if original Xbox 1 games run with iXtreme or not. So when you are able to play your original game it might just be that my game disk is shot.
