Hello,

I recently got my digivox t box up and running. I have been able to get 87 channels, my signal level reads 83% and quality level 84%,my picture is perfect. The only problem is approx every 10 or so seconds the picture Freezes for a second and then continues on again. I am not sure what is causing this really. I think i might need to get a lower loss cable so i recieve a better signal.

Does anyone know what this might be?i would appreciate your help.

make sure you are connected to the main cable in the house and not an extension on your cable feed

also make sure your scart is good has to be a full 21 pin both ends

Thanks for reply,just checked there and I am connected directly from the MMDS aerial to the downconverter and then from the downconverter to the box..Checked the scart also and it has all the pins.

any other ideas???

could be your aerial could have shifted slightly

also what firmware is on your box at the moment ??

do these aerials work re line of sight trees etc problem ?

you have to have a clear line of site at all times no threes or walls etc
