I have a eurovox pvr ex51000 but cannot get any channels. have downloaded firmware and it was working but now trying to scan and the level and quality are only at 8 can anyone tell me why and is there anything i can do about it?

Make sure your cable feed is plugged in the RF in and not the ANT.
