ive fixed my xbox 360 about a month ago from the red ring of death using the penny trick and it is still running fine. ive been trying to fix another 360 that i have but whenever i turn it on it goes straight to 2 red lights instead of three. ive exchanged heating sinks ive added heat silicon to the chips but nothing is working. any suggestions? thx.

also ive heard that removing any of the 8 black screws from the xbox 360 , that the consol sences them and it wont work proberly. is this true?

do the x-clamp fix removing the 8 black screws is solving the problem cause there what hold the x clamps buy a kit off e-bay and it will come with all instructions i've just fixed mine and it works a treat get rid of the penny and do the same on that xbox.
