My xbox was having some problems playing some of my discs, so I opened it up to clean the drive, and reset the screw on the drive tray.
MY problem came when I put it all back together, I tried to power it on, but when I turn it on, there are no green lights that show up, and my wireless controllers will not connect to the xbox. The wired controllers work fine, but there is no light showing that one is even connected. The controller itself shows the 1st person, but it does not show on the xbox.
I opened it back up, and took out the "Xbox 360 RF Module" and reseeded it, but that did not seem to do the trick.
My question is, what do you guys think is wrong? My problems are that the xbox will not connect to any of my wireless controllers, and the green lights do not show up when I turn on the Xbox.
I was thinking about getting a new RF Module since they're pretty cheap, but I thought I would ask you guys first. Thanks,
Thats what I thought, I bought one of the RF Modules to see, but I haven't got it yet. It was only $9, so if that works, I'll be happy. But with my luck, just switching out the RF Module seems just too easy for some reason.
