Hi I have the box...I did a system reset, rescan and when i press menu 1570 to go in and turn on emu it wont let me enter to turn it on...is 1570 the correct number. somebody advised pressing info 2004 but this does not work either..thanks in advance for your help

That usually means a no hacked firmware is on it just fta firmware. Re-Flash it.

I apologise for bothering you there is so much firmware im not sure which one it is ..is it thebox -v8.02 that i use

use either 4.57 or 8.02 if it's "the box"
