So I have 2 Xboxs. 1 is unmodded and 1 is going to be modded. My unmodded is my main xbox, with all my saves, DLC, gamertag, Xbox live, etc. The soon-to-be-modded xbox is a side xbox. Now I am not going to go on XBL with my soon-to-be-modded xbox. My question is: Do I have a chance at getting banned from XBL on my unmodded if I switch my hardrive from my unmodded to my modded so I can play the games with my gamertag, then switch back when I want to get back on XBL?
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.
If I attach the harddrive that was on my unmodded 360, put it on my modded 360, play the games using my profile on the modded 360, and put it back on my unmodded 360 and play my regular games on XBL, is there a chance I can get my unmodded 360 banned.
I also have 1 modded and 1 regular xbox360 and also have 1 hd and I have never been banned, so yeah you can switch as long as you don't go live on the modded one.

I understood your question, to my knowledge no your unmodded one will not. They ban the console, not the harddrive. Just keep the modded xbox unplugged. Kinda confused why you need to rotate HD's, you only have one I guess?
I understood your question too but it seems you didn't get my answer. Why should your unmodded console get banned when you only play backups on your modded one that will never be used on Live when M$ only bans the console ID, not the gametag?
