Need tutorial for upgrading to ixtreme to play HAWX

Hey guys, I modded my hitachi about 2 years ago and I'm trying to upgrade to the newest ixtreme fw. I already have jungle flasher running and its able to connect to my xbox drive but this is were I get lost. I read somewhere that i can't upgrade until I restore the fw back to stock, but my PC crash long time ago so I don't have my back ups. I'm new in jungle flasher and have no idea what to do.... I need help.
Oh additional info: dvd-rom gdr3120 0078fk, I don't use live and don't plan on. I'm only upgrading so I can play HAWX.

if you reflash back to stock on jungleflasher it will automatically reflash with a generic stock fw, then just flash to 1.51

Hey thanks for the reply, I took my chances and restore the fw and then flash to Ixtreme fw and it all work fine. Jungle flasher sure is noob friendly.
