I installed a starview 4 usb last week and it went last sat night,I bought it to another house and it still wouldn't work,the box in that house is fine. I installed v.1.09 a min ago and still it says no signal coming in. I have access to the menu and all the rest but there doesn't seem to be anything happening. Anyone else have this problem? I'm living in Cork, Ireland and getting it off Chrous! Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

do you have a live connection??? and are u putting the cable in the correct hole?
if you push left and right on it should should be able to set it for on and off
set it to on
go down to set default key and press ok there
press exit back to a tv station and wait for update, I find the update works quickest on sky two in eire anyway
Please help, I have just got a starview 4 The box SuperUSB and I have installed the software as instructed but no stations are found when searching on Auto or manual. I do not have min package with service providor, do I need it or can I just plug in their cable? I am in Dublin, providor is NTL.
It still doesn't update! the emu is on and the default key doesn't show anything for on or off. when I press it , it says saving for about a second then when I exit all the way out to the tv it says no signal. No sign of any updating or anything.
