i have jungle flasher and the firmware toolbox, im not quite sure what to do with them or how to even get the original firmware off my benq drive, could anyone give me step by step instructions or point me towards a tutorial?

The tutorial is inside the JF application. It calls itself "user guide"

i read the tutorial but from what i read i only figured out how to update the hacked firmware and not spoof it as benq

Just load the original BenQ firmware in source and then load iXtreme 1.51 for Samsung in the target. Click spoof and save your custom firmware file, then flash.
