I just installed the new update, and I downloaded the wave 3 iso as well. I can't figure out where to put the iso though. I DID read the readme file, but can't find a stealthfiles folder on my computer to put it in.

I'm using a mac

any ideas?

you dont put the iso anywhere, you open it with the program.

are you using windows xp? or something similiar? you do know that just downloading the .exe file from abgx360.net is not all you have to do? you have to doubleclick on the file you downloaded.

before you install the 1.01 you should uninstall the 1.0.

any way if you just clicked "ok" through out the whole installation then the installer would have installed abgx in the program folders of your route drive.

so navigate to C:\Program Files\abgx360\StealthFiles and paste the .iso there.

If you press the "windows" key and the "E" key at the same time then you will get a windows explorer window. Highlight the path then past e the path I wrote above. That is your stealthfiles folder.

If you installed in a different place then search for StealthFiles, windows will return a result for that folder and place it in there.

like, I said I'm using a mac, no windows.

the read me says i move it...

This is the 3rd Wave Video ISO which is too large to host on the database or
include in an installer.

Put Video_0E58FB9D.iso in your StealthFiles folder.

On Windows this is usually C:\Program Files\abgx360\StealthFiles\
On other systems this is usually ~/.abgx360/StealthFiles/

I did a search, and there is no StealthFiles folder. Just the abgx360 program.

Thanks for the info. I just deleted it and began from scratch. There isn't an option like that though. The only things on the installer are:

abgx360
abgx360 gui
abgx 360 database

maybe that's a windows thing?

IN WINDOWS, not sure about Mac OS when you first open the setup for abgx a window pops up and says "select components to instll"
it has 3 boxes you can check 1) abgx GUI 2) Verified Stealth Files Database 3) Start menu shortcuts
make sure the "database" box is checked and it should make the "stealth files" folder you are looking for in the "abgx360" folder.

I have it running on OSX.

Abgx deinstalled and reinstalled to help you out.
(Downloaded the version including the 3rd wave video btw)

1--> deinstall abgx (use appzapper to remove everything not only the app)

2--> reinstall abgx using the abgx360-1.0.0.mpkg found in the MacOSX folder form the unrar.

everything works and no more asking for video.iso.

before i had a seperate abgx360 folder flat on Apple but after deleting it (was not de-installed by appzapper) it has not returned.

Seems you have the 1st version of the 1.0 and this is giving you probs.

Dl the latest and you good to go

Works like a charm after that

One addition:

Goto Apple in Finder and create:
abgx360/StealthFiles/ folder and put the video from the 3rd wave folder in it.

Startup abgx and on the manual tab select patch video and choose the iso in the just created folder ( i had to change file type to iso te make a selection possible).

After this abgx gives no more errors and is able to patch for 3rd wave video.

Hope this helps

thanks so much! i think this is the advice i needed. my only issue now is that abgx won't let me choose the iso for the patch video tab. you mentioned something about this, the extension is already .iso. any thoughts?

oh wait, i just saw the drop down menu and put it on enable ISO. thanks!
