Wii Automatically Ejects Disc and Does not read it

My drive for some reason is doing this:

What could be causing this. I put the disc in and it spits it right out. And the crazy thing is that I have two drives (one extra laying around) that also is doing the same thing.

I tried swapping the circuit boards but not dice. I don't think there is anything wrong with the circuit board because the modchips have green lights.

Just wondering what could be wrong?

What part do I need to order?

Is it the laser, the gears, or the motor?
