Hi everybody,
first of all i would like to apologize for my vocabulary skills in english lol.
Now my problem,
In my second spare xbox 360 my dvd drive went to another world ( just died ;/ )
I have tried to read key using dosflash and CK3 - but no results, dosflash doesent see any sata connected drives, so I guess it's a 100% dead, but i think there's still a light in the tunnel for my xbox.
Can anybody tell me in with chip is stored firmware and using what Adapter ( i know that TSOP32 is in Hitachi, but no guess in BENQ ), desoldering is not a problem for me.
So, are there any time-less methods like swap, or direct connection to rs232 converter to get key ?
Can anybody help me whit my task ? , all help will be appreciated.

It was benq dvd-rom fault, i've disconnected all of those stripes and wires from laser lens and motor, and bingo it works, also i have swaped MB. from another spare benq and drive works just fine ( so i guess that lens and motor is broken) Thank for reply, Cheers

Glad you resolved your issue. I believe the BenQ's chip is the SOIP8.
