did you google it? where do you live? ebay sucks! diveneo is just a middle man and your card gets charged in switzerland, try llama.com or modchipcentral.ca
or vgcrepairs.com

if you go to infectuz.biz and click on resellers there is a whole list of sites on a per country basis that sell all this good stuff.

sorry homey, let me rephrase, in my opinion ebay really really really sucks. I used to spend thousands of dollars on there. Sometimes up to 3000 a month. I listed a couple of flashed consoles and they went bananas. They suspended my account and required I fill out a form and fax it along with a utility bill and a copy of my liscense and then they would reconsider my suspension. They will not allow scanned emails they insist on faxing. I have fax those documents three fricken times and they still claim they never got them. It takes them three weeks to respond and say "we never got your documents". I googled this horror story of mine and found thousands of people in the same situation.
I joined ebay when it was invented, I trusted ebay when no-one else would. I am an original member who spends a lot of money and they shut me down like a piece of crap. They dont' need my business? F**k them!!!!!!!!! Ebay does suck, thats my take on it.
