i have a wiikey updated to 1.9s and wii at 4.0U. For the most part everything works fine. Some times i get the error "disc could not be read" mid game but only in some games. Sometimes if i eject the game and re-insert it the game loads fine and continues playing. Other times i eject the game and re-insert a few times until the error saying i need to turn off the wii comes up. The only pattern i can see from this is maybe the "disc could not be read" error happens when the game is trying to load something. Any ideas/thoughts?

Ok... now I'm getting this error consistently on the second boss battle in MadWorld. I really want to play more and it keeps crashing right at the 2nd battle =(Any help?

and what program do you use to burn it? cause its recommend using imgburn(free) and burning it at 4x

Ive burned all discs with imgburn at either 2.4 or 4x. And it happens with multiple games that I have re-burned. Whenever I try to burn something at lower than 4x it just burns between 3.5x and for 4x even though the rate is set at 1 or 2x .

So... After hours of obsessing over this... I think I have come to the conclusion that my DVD burner is the culprit. So obvious yet so hard to diagnose.
