Back-up Loader Wont Work

i havent updated, so thats not the problem, Everything else works fine, wad manager, everything, but when i launch backup GAMMA, it wont start, all i see is "Back up loader" and in the bottom a gecko icon, no options, nothing! i dont know whats going on, just a couple of days ago it was working fine, all my back-ups were working fine, but now for some reason gamma wont work, btw my original discs still work, so its not a drive problem, any1 know what the problem could be? Also i tried different SD cards but got the same results
