Sorry im only subscribed to this thread in a small hope that
Some "super genious" will crack the new 500+ encryption codes

They're encrypting channels one by one now through the firmware right?
So you'd have to crack every code for every channel now

no mate there not as they work on the other boxes there seems to be just a problem with the SV4 USB one thats all

i have the starview 3 and i have the usual ones everyone has but no rte tv3 etc. can i get these back. ps i hope the bastards dont hit the ppv channel before tonights scrap

it wont even go onto rte, rte2 tv3 etc. they have been deleted or something. there is no channel 101, 102, 103 etc

try to manually scan them in on 339.500 if that fails factory default then turn box off at the back then back on then do a new scan no splitters on the cable

Makes me laugh,
they all have starview boxes, yet they still watch rte lol
When we got the father a sv box, he was/is still readin the rte guide!

Fergus, can a comag SL55 be updated to receive other channels other than the FTA ? would you know if there is a code to access the unit? this is a LIDL unit. I know that they are programmed to FTA, can the program be changed to receive s%y Sp*&ts.Thanks in advance.

Hi i really have tried my best reading all of this tread b4 posting My starview the box was working fine minus the obvious exception of the recent loses so i mean rte 1 rte2 etc etc where all working just up until when i commited mass sin against my little lad the box and pressd 1570 then taped the "set default key" exited the menus and then bam nearly all the channels gone i know im stupid for that but was only trying my hardest to fix the starview super blablabla different story but can any1 help with this

do a factory rest mate and then check that codes are right in nag.. did i would say do a rescan and then make sure to turn emu back on!
