USB Loader 1.0 error ret = -6

Recently ive been trying to get USB Loader 1.0 working. I have installed cIOS_USB2 beta2, tested USB speed connection and it was 3.5mb/sec. Now every time i try to boot USB Loader v1.0 i get the following error:
Error: Could not initialize USB storage subsystem! (ret = -6)
Press any button to restart...
Whats wrong? and how do i fix it?

u need the latest CIOS from waninkoko, not yet released :)

cios rev 8 was just released not that long ago. There is another one?
