can someone please help me i dont know how to use winrar or 7zip but i have them both i download them off the internet in torrent form

It really isn't that hard. Do you have 1 rar file or a bunch? Like the other person said, just right click on any of the rar and extract. Then you will have your iso.

I am only adding this cuz it seems like you still haven't decompressed your files.

if doing what these guys are telling you does not work or the unrar fails and you end up with nothting then most likely one of your files was incomplete or corrupt. did you get par2 files with your rar's? if your newsbrowser is decent it would warn you of bad files and display a progress icon reflecting the error. some newsbrowsers will auto par2 bad files if possible.

oh last quick comment, do not burn a 7gig iso while unraring another 7gig iso in windows unless you want some coasters for the kitchen table. OR you have tons of ram, a superfast hdd and a badass cpu.

double click on one of the rars. It will bring up a window showing you whats in the rar file. You can then drag and drop the files from this window to another folder, such as the desktop or my documents.
