Xbox won't power up at all.Need help to find the spot.

I had someone bring a Halo 3 ed Xbox 360 to me,They told me that it had 3 Red lights,So I try to power it up to check error codes and it didn't do nothing.So I tried one of my Power supplys same thing nothing.So i got to looking around onit and i noteiced that it had a messed up USB port,I asked her about it and she said her son broke it trying to plug a Guitar into it.So I figured it might be shorted somewhere.

So i did some searching on google about it and come to find out that it is kinda common for these halo boxs to do this,(Not the USB)but I couldn't find a answer to the power problem.The only thing i found out was about a transister part number MMBT3906LT1 And from the location pics I found this Board has never had any thing there.

So I guess I am reaching out to anyone in here hopeing that they have had this problem and found a answer to the prolem.Thanks for any input.
