IF you are on the latest firmware just rescan and go in a turn on key emu, If your not on the latest firmware you'll have to manually enter the keys
hiney145 - Think you would be far better advised at this point to click o the link marked Eamo's FTA Library, and go into the folder marked The Box PVR, you have unfortunarely confused everyone with the simple term Starview!! It is a completely different procedure for the box PVR, because that is what you have going off the description you give as to what it says in System Information. So just check exactly what your box is, i.e. model (But with that Firmware on - and if it was working previously, then it is The Box PVR) - what does it say at the top left hand side front of box? - You will find latest Firmware in Eamo's Library and also plenty of help files for your box.
