Hitachis REQUIRE OFW?

First post here so bare with me :)

I had a gdr 320L 78fk with ixtreme 1.4 die on me about a couple of months ago and I finally took the courage to fix it. I bought a new 0078fk not a week ago and I found that I can no longer find my ofw for my original drive. I will obviously swap out the fw cards from the drive but I heard that hitachis REQUIRED the original firmware in order for me to get to a sucessfull 1.51 flash.
Is jungleflasher able to spoof an ofw.bin file from the hacked firmware off of my old drive and have it sucessfully be flashed with 1.51?

hitachi's have to first be restored. this option is available in jungleflasher. JF firmware pack comes with generic hitchi OFW it then dumps the drive and combines that withthe genric ofw to recreate a OFW for you. then you can flash 1.51 to the drive as you normally would.
