Diffrences between SID 4.0 and SID 5.1

What are the diffrences between Sid 4.0 and SID 5.1 ? I installed SID 4.0 instead of SID 5.1 on my XBox I want to know what I am missing out of.

Now when I try to click on "MS Dashboard" it says "Unable to launch "C:/msdash.xbe". File does not exist

How do I fix this and is it worth me upgrading to 5.1 ?

I used to have SID4, but I've since upgraded to SID5. If you want to run your dash, installing SID5 should do the trick. I never used it with SID4 (I think I got that same message), but now it works fine. The only difference that I really see is that it's easier to get to the installer boot menu and it seems to be a little more stable. Or, you can just think of SID5 as being an upgrade. :-)

Can I just go into the game with SID 5.1 on and start installing this softmod with 4.0 already installed?>

Probably. I played it safe and uninstalled first, but I don't think it would have a problem overwriting the files.
