Bricked Wii: Shops that will fix?

Are there any shops or places I could send my wii to get fixed besides Nintendo?

The place needs to be able to reprogram the boot2 using infectus or something. I DO have an image of my nand from before it was bricked, I just need someone that can do this.

Any tips or recommendations?


:::ALSO AS ANOTHER QUESTION:::

If I send my low-boot Bricked wii to nintendo with no disc drive, will they just fix the motherboard? Do they have to replace the whole board or can they just reflash it?
