hi, my child was messing about with my superbox remote and lost all my channels .can anybody help me get them back .i`m in dublin ireland

do a rescan,press menu-installation-enter cable network(ntl) the automatic scan, when its finished scanning exit ,then press menu then ,enter 1570this brings up secret menu go to very bottom and turn emu on then exit to sly sportz
