flashing samsung ms25 with NTFSDOS cd

Hi I am following a tutorial made a ntfsdos cd as I cant boot from usb.
Typed yes for private usage.
Typed C: for my drive
Typed cd iprep
Typed iDump followed by my serial number hit enter and it says bad file command.
I then typed autoexec
dSam serial number and I was getting somewhere then it said enter number of a atapi drive.
Now I am totally stuck
Please help.

which one is your 360 drive connected to? choose that one.

Ok I have sorted that out.
I typed dSam followed by my 360 serial number.
Get to the part where it asks you if you want to read or flash I type R and press enter.
It then says
Reading Bank 0 ok
Rading Bank 1 ok
Reading Bank 2 ok
Reading Bank 3 ok
Reading finished Datasum 8966
Then under that it says unable to open file CFW\Sam CFW.BIN
When I go into windows and check whats there - there is a OFW file in iprep so I checked via toolbox 4.8 but its not my firmware it is new ixtreme 1.5.1 firmware and the key is 77777777777777.
