ok so i had an xbox 360 for like 3 months and decided to get it modded to play copys , i dont no what the person is doing but he has his done it and has played on xbox live for a long time. i think all he does is flash the drive or something to play copys but i dont think he is actually installing a chip. so as im not actually cheating on xbox live could i still get banned.

so my actual question is will i get banned?

The only 100% guarantee to not get banned is to not flash your drive with iXtreme firmware.

On the other side, if you did, running your ISOs through ABGX360, to make sure everything is OK, and have the most current firmware on your drive, will give you the best chances at staying undetected.

ok , but what if i was online with a game that wasn't a copy?
cuz im only borrowing the odd game like now and then off the person just to play sometimes.
would i still get banned if i was on a original game.?
