Use DVD Decrypter in ISO mode, first read, then write. This method will work.

The way I got it to work for me was to open the DVD so you can see the files, (not autorun it) then copy all files to a specific folder that you created on the harddrive. Next use Nero to burn the DVD. When you use Nero to burn it, do it the same way you would after using DVD Shrink. I'm just a newbie here, and mostly don't know what I'm talking about, but this way worked for me and made a perfect backup. :-)

If you are using the ripper free version with, say Anydvd encryption software to remove the CSS protection, then that removes the old warning that you were watching a copy. Given that the whole ethos of the software by 321 studios was that it was for you only to back up your own personal copies, (so you had to own the original to make a copy), then the need to circumvent the CSS protection is removed. The argument was that if you owned the original then you have the right to make a back up copy, in case of accidents etc. This claim, which, in reality is a major precident legally for the movie companies & the piracy issue, in now not valid as the ripper free software does NOT circumvent the CSS protection.
In theory then you can now use the ripper free platinum to copy ripper free copies ONLY to your hearts content, I haven't tried this yet I will keep you posted. I have used ripper free platinum with anydvd software, not having the warning is a real bonus. As this feature was many a copiers bugbear!!
