Sorry if this has already been posted but I'm new and not quite sure how to search etc. :-(

My situation is this:

I've a modded Wii with a D2C Key installed and Firmware 3.2.

I've not used my Wii since before Xmas because there was nothing I fancied playing around the time but Broken Sword Shadow Of The Templars is right up my street.

Ordinarily I have never feared updates before - my Wii has always run perfectly online and the last difficult game I had that wouldn't run without an update was Mario Kart - I updated with the firmware on the disc and everything was fine.

WUI 1.1 has revealed an Update on the PAL version of Broken Sword I've downloaded - a few google searches have turned up discussions in Spanish that seem to perturb to problems, but my Spanish (and the translator I've tried to use on the page) isn't good.

I've never used homebrew apps or anything else - I'm a casual gamer and so far I've just been able to burn Isos an play them, but having looked at this forum there seem to be all sorts of things I need to consider before running an update at the moment.

Help, advice, and your patience all very much appreciated.
