Have you the correct com port selected?
Open device manager and find your serial adapter and check the port
or just try all the ports in the downloader

open control panel
open system information
goto the hardware tab
click on device manager
expand "ports"
Look for usb adapter(probably called prolific)
Right click and select properties on it
select port settings
Select advanced
select com port number (pick a number less than 4)
click ok to save.
Open back up downloader and plug in and power up digibox

reflash with v3300 as tom has said that is a teresstial box so u need a terrestial file = digivox t= dvb/t
the file v4300 is to be used on ordinary silver digivox=dvb/c.
different files for different boxes.

Rescan again!
Might have to do it a few times but they will all come in named!

yes the last answer is the correct one
i had the same problem
all channels BUT no names
you will have to scan a few times
then some will be named and others not
i scaned after 12 at night (might not have a thing to do with it)
and got it all goin
now they are all named and working fine
