If the finished project is bigget than 4.36Gb , it would then need to be compressed slightly with something like DVD2One (which I use) or DVD Shrink perhaps...

Never used any DVD X Copy versions ever , cos IMHO it's a costly piece of rubbish

If you trust X Copy to compress & burn , that's your choice !!
I'll stop helping now then ...

Levister,
After you finishing authoring the DVD and it is still in a folder(mine are)and it is too large bring up DVDShrink>Open Files>click on the video folder>it will do quick analysis>click backup>tell it where you want it saved the compressed file> Click OK. After it compresses and you still want to use Plat. find the compressed file and copy. If I have missed any of the Shrink steps it is because I'm doing it in memory and not sitting in front of the Program. Read the Shrink guide and do exactly what it says. At this point we have given you a lot of help and I suggest that you use RW's>go thru the guides and if you make a coaster just erase it and try again until you get it. It is really not that hard
