ok so i have a flashed dvd rom drive on my xbox to play copys thats all i have i tihnk as my unvles mate did it, it does play copys and is running fine. but my question is will is till get banned as it is not completely modded i have an original xbox hdd no built in ones or anytihng. and also is there anyway to get unbanned in case i did.?

it will eventually get banned. and no, there isnt anything you can do to unban it without causing a different console to get banned (which is a pain in the a$$ and very hard to do).
