SATA Compatibility?

This may be a noob question but i have searched many compatibility guides and they are all either outdated or have conflicting information. I have an ABIT IC7 MAX 3 Mobo and it has an ICH5 Southbridge chipset, but has a Sil 3114 ONBOARD SATARaid controller. Does anybody here know if it will detect a Lite-On drive and be able to flash it?

I doubt it. Try and see if jungleflasher will detect it. That's the only way to know.

i have 1.51 but i payed someone to do it for me so i have to wait for the next release to try it out myself (i dont wanna go through openin my 360 just to see if my pc will detect my drive)
