Hi all, the above is raising good questions for all of us.Is the arnet 750 box(Ive a d-box also)in the categories mentioned above?? If so, does anyone have the updated software from April? If so it would be good to check some ideas brought up by whats been mentioned. I'm no expert but willing to have a go to see if we can get back running.

Hi all,
Need help. KV 750 just did a wobbly. Came up with alphaetic screen and no remote response. Power off for a few mins and came back wit system installation screen. Finally got to scannont but only showing on Add TP List "Already exists" and no channels.
Dublin 14 NT£
Help please.

factory reset the box go to auto then choose provider on the top leave the rest alone then press only the green button then let it scan next screen pick legacy channels and press ok and then leave it thats it

My Problem is that i cant get SKY because the House is surrounded by trees, N*L does not do Digital for the North Wicklow area, Is there a box that will work?

Thanks e45. Finallgot it working again. Unplugged and left alone for 30 minutes and it then let me do as you suggested. Panic over and thanks again

you dont have to, that is only to let them know you got your card that's all, i myself would not bother telling them either way.
Leave them guessing !!!

lol can they verify what frequencies im using ?
im still using the eurovox without any problems :)
If i reply they wont be hassling me i.e ringing me.

I wonder can anybody help me out there. I am on MMDS in Galway and purchased my Kryptview A750 in June this year. To date everything has been fine apart from N*L moving some channels to Nagra 3. In the last few days however I have been experiencing some new problems. Firstly I have been experiencing problems with the volume. It doesn't matter if I turn the volume up on both my Kryptview remote and my TV remote. All I get is background noise. I was worried that one of my kids had been messing with either of the remotes but no matter what I do I still can't solve this problem.
Today I have encountered another problem with my Kryptview remote control. When I try to use it the screen changes to 'Input Password'. When this screen comes up the remote goes dead. No matter what key I push on the remote control there is no response.
If anybody could shed any light on this I would be extremely grateful.

is your scarts pushed home on the box and the TV?
Has some changed the settings? PAL / NTSC / SECAM?
Can you factory reset the box perhaps and see if this works?
I had a prob with a box in which the sound went on it, so could be a similar issue

Its a sad day for Mr dodge box :( the end is near :(
I feel a sad departure is coming !
aw well it was great while it lasted...i just hope in the coming years we will have a bigger and greater box to rule the t.v world lol

I'm trying to setup Krypt on N*L in Ashford. Anyone got the frq as they need to be entered manually. Or how can I get them off any official box.

Just a question for anyone on C*&%$s cable, have the frequencies for BBC 1 and BBC 2 changed as these are no longer on or have these been moved to the N3 system as well?
