after having a look at the team xecuter tutorials page im still a little unsure as to how i use the hdd adapter.do i need to download any software and what can i transfer to my pc's hdd.any info would be greatly appreciated.

You take the HDD adapter and put the gold tabs into the connection of the hard drive. Then it has a SATA and 4pin molex for you to connect it to your computer. You will need Xplorer 360 to make an image of your drive. If it is 120gb, make sure you have enough room on your computer's hard drive to make an image.
