My kids have recently used my copy of Halo as a CD surfboard on my living room floor. I can pull up the Halo cd in my DVD drive and view the folder named Video_TS.

Question 1:

Is this the only file I need to make an ISO of ?

I have read several posts on how to create ISO images, and how to burn the image using Nero. I am pretty clear on that.

Question 2: Does the box have to be physically modified to play the backup I hope to make ?

There is no spoon

WHOA hold on. You cant just put the disk in your pc drive and expect to copy it. Vidoe ts and audio ts does not maketh a game work. You need slayers evo x on your ebox (so you can assign you exob a static IP) then you use flash fxp to transfer the files FROM THE XBOX TO THE PC. That is - the game goes into the XBOX drive not the pc drive then the files are brought over, then an xiso is made then you can rip the game. There is no software that will let you burn straight from the pc so dont even try.

NE WAY hope this helps, but your a long way from backing up your games champ.
