Will this drive work with the Xbox Backup Creator? I have searched around and keep seeing things about installing the Kreon Firmware, but I can't find anything on this drive.

Thank you, do you know of a place I can get one of the drives that already has the Kreon Firmware on it? I am going to check ebay and amazon, but I wasn't sure if there were some websites with them for sale.

You would have no problems selling a DW1650, they're rare as hen's teeth now, very nice drives indeed.

I was figuring on keeping that drive as my burner and replacing my regular dvd drive. I have a Lite-On LH-16D1P dvd drive. I was going to replace that one with one that I can get the Kreon firmware on. Unless I need to replace the burner as well, but it burns really good, and will copy my backups fine.
