just want to ask, my box is modded im playing world at war, is it ok to download the maps when it prompts me to?..or is this a big NO NO?

Downloading new Map Packs would not increase any chance being caught playing on Xbox live with a modded console. They can't embed say a "modded xbox checker" in their maps without sending out a game update. So I say download them. My friend has had a modded 360 with IExtreme 1.2 on it for a while now, and just finally upgraded to 1.5. He wasn't caught and still isn't and actively downloads items for the MarketPlace and downloads updates for the games.
