H Neo_11, There should'nt be any reason Nero won't burn a RW disc. Did you remember to FORMAT the blank RW first??
They have to be formated before use like the floppy discs needed to be. If it was formated, try a full erase and then try again.
Here is a dandy (is "dandy" really a word ?) tool that will help you check your DVD media, drives plus it can erase, format and about 2 dozen other things -
