Drive tray won't open on BenQ plus red light (E65)

I was trying to get my drive into vendor mode using JF (I was using the Device ID/Unlock Vcc Trick) when my computer froze. I turned off my 360 and unplugged the plugged my computer. I turned it back on to try it again and the green light kepy continually flashing and the drive tray wouldn't open. I hooked the drive back into the 360's motherboard and got 1 red ring. Help?

Use dosflash to flash it. You got 1 light because the drive has NO firmware on it. You must have erased it somehow. Better hope you got your key (orig.bin) file first.

I never even got it into vendor mode, so is it impossible to get orig.bin now?

If you don't mind, I'm gonna subscribe to your thread. I can't seem to get my drive into vendor mode either and I'm getting the flashing green power light too after I try to get my drive into "half open" mode.
