Well yeah you need ram. A computer won't run without any. 1 gig will be fine. As to your drivers more than likely the only ones you will need are the port32 ones that jungle flasher needs. For an operating system you can get a cheap copy of windows 98 or xp. Or you could resort to some other places for a 'free' copy of it. And no I won't tell you where you can get it from.

Ok, i just need some crappy RAM right nothing too nice? and yea i have plenty of "extra" copies of XP so ill be able to use one of those. And is there a PCI slot on that computer for the VIA card, i couldnt see one.
Ok. I've changed my opinion. Don't get that one. Instead if you click on the barebones link get the msi one. It's 64 bucks. It has the PCI slots you need. But the items you will need are ram watch new egg or tiger direct usually can get a pair of 2 gig sticks for 20 bucks. Also the operating system, but one thing I forgot about was a hard drive. Heck a 20 gig will work fine.

ok, thanx for all the help. ill probably order tonight or tomorrow, im going to love finally having a PC strictly for modding!

haha yea i have 3 :D i do alot of modding and burning ive decided to finally invest the money into a slaved modding machine :D
