USB Loader and WII USB port initialization

I am currently using the USB loader to play my backup games, and this works fine. However when i plug something into the second usb slot on the back of the WII, then USB loader is unable to initialize the external hard drive. With the growing number of gadgets connected to the wii via usb, this is an issue. Has anyone been able to get the external hard drive and an external USB hub to work with the WII at the same time?

If yes, what hard drive and what USB hub.

My hard drive is a Western Digital 320g. Thanks.

As far as I know, u can only have one usb at a time and that is ur drive, any other usb device will stop everything from working.

cIOS36_rev 9 and 10 has issues with other USB devices. mics and WiiSpeak etc. etc. will not work. They are however working on this and said it should be fixed in the cIOS36_rev11 release.
