just open up flash fxp (download from http://www.flashfxp.com ) click quick connect, type in your xbox,s ip addreses and its user name and password (which are both "xbox" ) then open up your /e folder (or if you have an upgraded hdd your /f folder )go to apps, then on the pc side right click all the apps you have downloaded (from http://www.x-b-o-x.net ) and click transfer. and your done.

wonder if you have heard of this strange backup problem.
i have used px hdd loader and dvd2xbox with dead or alive 3 and project zero (both games are by tecmo), they backup ok but when u run them there is no display, you can hear the game fine!!!
